Our Internet Sales PolicyWe will try our best to match prices in our area on a like for like basis. We offer a full site survey and after sales service. We offer this within a 50 mile radius. Stoves bought out of customers area are not guaranteed by manufacturers.
Most retailers will not supply an after sales service outside of their area.
Customers are expected to go back to retailer with any problems and then the retailer will go to the manufacturer for any warranty items.
We will send items out to customers but no responsibility can be held for goods damaged in transit or fitted incorrectly.
All installations should be carried out by the following engineers:
Gas - Corgi
Oil - Oftec
Solid Fuel - Hetas
Your guarantee is invalid if not fitted by registered engineer.
Installations of solid fuel can be signed off by the Building Inspector from your local council
