FREE STUFFWe do not supply flue pipe, Closure Plates and Gloves free of charge for the following reasons:-
Closure Plates
Our Closure plates are cut to size, we put in the inspection hatch, we put in the hole, we provide all the fixing screws and the angle iron in which to fit it. If your property is a victorian terrace, the standard plate will be too small. If you wish to discuss our professionally made to measure plates please ring our showroom.
Flue Pipe:
Our flue pipe is 1.2mm thick to british standards. We do not use the lite vit which is only 0.5mm thick that is currently being sent out free of charge from many suppliers.
Flue pipe required will depend on the installation, its no good getting a 1000mm legnth if you only need 250mm as there will be too much pipe up the chimney. If your installation takes your fire forward you will need to put elbows in the flue pipe. Please ring our showroom to discuss your needs and we can arrange a package that suits you.
Gloves:
While they are nice to have they are not needed. Most stoves come with a tool to operate the stove with.
